As principals of KVPartners, Ray Korber and Mike Vignale bring over 50 years of Civil and Environmental Engineering experience in the areas of transportation, water, wastewater, stormwater, regulatory compliance and land development. In addition, they have access to an extensive network of experienced technical specialists, whom they have worked with over those years, allowing them to deliver successful outcomes on a broad range of project types. With this experience, KVPartners will deliver the right level of technical resources at the appropriate time in the most cost-effective manner possible. The following is a brief description of their respective backgrounds:
Raymond H. Korber, P.E., M.S.: Ray has over 25 years experience serving public and private sector clients in the planning, design, permitting and construction of infrastructure and facilities including water, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste, roadway, and land development projects. Ray has experience in all phases of project development from investigative studies and evaluations, regulatory compliance and permitting through design, construction and facility commissioning and start-up. He has completed numerous master plans, system analyses and evaluations, computer models, capital improvement programs and asset management solutions. Ray has also served as an expert witness in legal proceedings and has provided strategic advisory and management services for his clients.
Michael S. Vignale, P.E.: Mike has more than 25 years of professional experience on transportation and civil engineering projects including highway, traffic and drainage design projects. With his broad range of expertise, he can quickly develop comprehensive solutions on a variety of projects including: urban and rural roadway design; traffic safety improvement projects; traffic signal design; traffic calming; pedestrian/bicycle facility design; complex drainage design projects; and site development projects. In addition to his design capability, Mike has successfully provided construction administration and observation services to many of his clients. He has completed these projects for state agencies, private developers and many New England municipalities.
